Kick-off meeting



























    






Aims of the kick-off meeting:
  •        getting to know each other, their organisations and the aims of the project (project manager in charge)
  •        EVS coordination activities (understanding the aims of EVS, rights and responsibilities of each partner and the volunteers, agreement on the EVS activitites, profile of volunteers, dates of EVS, logistics, preparation of volunteers, etc. (project manager in charge)
  •        Presenting and analysing the needs analysis results from each local community as the basis for the activities of the volunteers, the English language teaching module and the Community development toolbox (presented by the partner from the University of Latvia)
  •        Creating the English language teaching module (English experts in charge) – based on the needs analysis
  •        Creating the SCD toolbox (Development studies expert in charge) – based on the needs analysis
  •        Common agreement of the content of the EVS pre-departure training for 12 European volunteers (all experts cooperate)
  •        Common agreement of the next steps of the project, clear division of tasks and roles of each organisation (partner) (project manager in charge)
