To check upon the progress of the volunteers and the cooperation with the host organisations
To see the CODET ELT module in practice and receive feedback on it
To provide support to the volunteers and to the host organisation in any area that they
need
Conflict management – if needed
Participants: 1 KERIC coordinator + 1 coordinator from Kimmage DSC

Day 1 – arrival
Day 2 – a day with the volunteer
Day 3 – a day with the host organisation
Day 4 and Day 5 – training for the volunteer and dealing with any issues that need to be discussed for a smooth running of the project
Day 6 and 7–training for the host organization staff
Day 8 – presentation of EVS to the local community, an intercultural event organized
by the host organization, the volunteer and the project coordination
Day 9 – finalizing the outcomes, agreeing on next steps, evaluation of the EVS
supervision
Day 10 – departure
